Group therapy

I organize & facilitate groups for poly and non-monogamous people to:

  • Develop greater self-awareness

  • Practice relating and being vulnerable with other people

  • Build more community

  • Uncover insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors 

  • Work on breaking unhelpful patterns

  • Discover more meaningful and authentic relationships  

  • Experience a range of thinking & problem solving 

  • Encourage empathy, mutual support, and shared insight 

  • Foster better mental health and well-being

Finding the right therapist is so important! I want to make sure that we connect and that working together is the right fit. Share what has and what hasn’t worked for you in therapy, and we will collaborate to make sure that you are getting what you need from our therapeutic relationship.

Individual Session: $160 per 50 min.

Couples/Relationships: $210 per 60min.

Group Therapy: $70 per session.

I have a limited number of sliding scale appointments and can accommodate some evenings. Please inquire. Our practice is private pay and does not take insurance, but I can provide superbills so that you can be reimbursed for a portion of the fee.
